Hi
IITs offer only B.tech and not B.Sc. and admissions are through JEE and so far there is no lateral entry admissions offered. Check here for more details.

Hlo Hmanshu., I think bca is better than bsc computer science. In Bca you will get a complete knowledge about computers. Your basics of computer study will be more clear. Also there are very much career opportunities in this field. There is a great demand of computer specialists in the market. Many companies are taking students of Bca . You should take admission in good college then you will definitely get job in last semester.
