Its a good choice to select B.Sc agriculture . Now the list of agricultural college's had been increased both in private and govt sector. LPU , Anna university , AKR university , Amity university etc., Go for more reference and select a good college. All the best

If you want good IT career you can chose any but you must your plan education until Post graduation degree.

you can choose teaching as your career and you can also prepare for SSC , UPSC etc. exams.

I don't think that Amity University is going to give any fees concession !
According to me you should go for a good government university. it will be affordable & better option than Amity.
If you got marks around 60% you can apply in Delhi University where you can easily get admission B.SC chemistry hons.
