You can not do MTech after BSc IT. For doing MTech you are required to be BTech / MSc IT / MCA.

Dear Bijitha,
The eligibility to take admission in B.Sc in Cardic Care technology is, you should have passed the two-year pre-university examination conducted by the Pre-university Education Board or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), and have scored not less than 40% of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
