Look whatever was the reason you should tell that frankly to the interviewer. You don't need to make lies for this, as stream changing is a normal job. They ask that just because they want to know what made you choose that stream and leave the other. Simply, you can tell them that this stream has more potential than the previous one.

In India Universities offer degrees such as BSc Bio-Medical, BSc Medical Technology etc but there is no degree as BSc Medical Science. You are requested to elaborate your question for correct advice.

It depends on university criteria. For instance, VIT offers you B.tech in biotech with biology but if selected, you have to take a bridge course in mathematics. So check with the individual universities/colleges.

Afterwards you can go for Master of hospital administration or master of public health. Even few universities offer MBA in hospital administration so this option you can also check In future.

Yes after doing B.sc nursing you can go for MBA in hospital management. This course is comparatively new and have a lots of scope ahead. In terms of salary also you will get good salary after doing MBA in compare to B.sc nursing.
You should keep in mind that you should choose a good college to study as it is hard to find a good hospital for a job on your own and a college will definitely help you in this if you show some good sincerity in your college and get good marks.
There are very few college in India which are providing MBA in hospital management so i am giving you a list here.
