After 12 any stream student can do B. scIT. Your subjects does not matter of 12 standard. But there is maths in this course.

Yeah definitely you can appear. You can appear the common Medical Entrance Examination AIPMT/NEET for admission into MBBS BDS or State Level Medical Entrance Examinations for admission into other allied courses.
