Biotechnology offers very little job prospects in India. Most of the Indian pharma companies hire B.Pharm and M.Pharm graduates for the research jobs even if it is research related to the biotech molecules.

Yes you may surely pursue MBA after completing you Bsc in computer science, please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However, as per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in I

Hope u will get good marks in ur BSC IT.
personaly what i feel is that if u r good in programming then go with MCA it will boos ur job profile otherwise go with MBA.
First complete ur study bcoz once u start job then u could nt concentrate on study but if there is financial problem then first do job and also do MCA or MBA in part time.
