Hi, khushboo Pharmacy and Biotechnology has the common field of employement opportunities and it is - Pharmaceutical Industry.
Biotechnology offers very little job prospects in India. Most of the Indian pharma companies hire B.Pharm and M.Pharm graduates for the research jobs even if it is research related to the biotech molecules.
Few leading organizations spending on new product development in India. These companies aim for the improvement in the already available drugs in the market by improving their bio-availability and other aspects of their pharmacokinetic profile. The companies that spend on research in India are quite few - Zydus, Wockhardt, Cadila, Torrent and Ranbaxy. Other companies do nothing except production. Biocon claims to be a biotech company but most of its research in biotechnology is towards non-pharma products.
Biotechnology has good prospects in Agriculture but those aren't in India. Monsanto is a leading name in Agricultural biotechnology appication.
Hence the job opportunities after a degree course in biotechnology are very less as compared to Pharmacy graduation.if u like my answer then thumbs up

Yes you may surely pursue MBA after completing you Bsc in computer science, please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However, as per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
