Hi Nikunj,
There are two possible way you can go forward,
1. Persue for higher education(MSc-IT, MCA.)
2. Search for job.
As you have done your bachelore in distance, It will be difficult for you to get Job in MNC, But still there are many level 3 companies in India where you can try and I am sure you will get a better job.
My personal suggestion to you is to go for a higher education like MSc, MCA, or any of your interest.
The master degree will help you to acquire a good job in MNC and will also help you to higher as you gain experiance.
Please do your higher education as a regular course(not distance)

B.Sc. Agriculture program helps the students to recognize the elements of agriculture. Most of the government and private institutes are offering the program. The agriculture sector is contributing well to our economy. Therefore, the demand for this sector is also improving. India is an agrarian country but the techniques are not up to date in this sector.
