  1. You should have basic Computer Knowledege and browser
  2. Learn HTML and CSS basics.
  3. Learn JavaScripts basics like variables, loops, functions.

Well, I think both are good which one is better depend on what you want to do and your purpose.

Python is better if you want to learn easy or write code faster. It has a great future in AI and Machine Learning

whereas,   if you want strong performance and enterprise jobs then Java is better.
