Hi Khushal,
Well, you have got two high choices. But its totally up to you to decide which way you would prefer after graduation.
MBA deals with the management part i.e managing business administration of any organization . Whereas MCA is all about the higher studies of computer application and which have the software industry as its main backbone.
Now as you are from software background, you will have advantages to pursue MCA after graduation. And this will be the best career path for you.

Hi Satguru,
A diploma will be considered for BS from USA. You must however also submit SAT or ACT scores. Certain universities will require you to get your documents evaluated by evaluation organizations such as WES. So you must check university websites carefully. Also prepare for TOEFL.
Diploma courses develops basic theoretical knowledge about a particular field along with extensive practical training. Hi Jayesh,
Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines.
If you are studying in the 1st year of engineering course and want to change the branch after completing 1st year of engineering i.e in the 2nd year then you can change the branch in 2nd year if your CGPA in the first year is minimum 8.5 or above and there are no backlog in any paper of 1st year. All the above courses are more or less has same scope. The opening when advertised in most cases either of the degree holder can apply. But as the matter of precise scope & general designation of degree BHMCT has better preference over other courses.
