Well B.sc is not equivalent to B.tech, but if you pursue your M.sc in electronics after that you are eligible to take admission in M.tech.

The eligibility for MBA is graduation in any stream, so after completion of graduation you can surely join MBA. Yes, you can choose any stream. The first year of MBA course is general. you will opt for specialization in 2nd year.
You can prepare for CAT to join good college.

If you mean BHM (Bachelor degree in Hotel Management) so regarding this please remember in order to pursue thsi course you need to be 12th pass from any stream with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
