No, CUET is not a mandatory Criteria for taking Admission for B.Sc in Thakur Institure of Aviation Technology.
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Sc. Aeronautics in Mumbai (Avionics)
HSC (10+2) with minimum 45% marks in aggregate with English, Physics and mathematics subjects or Diploma (10+3) awarded by MSBTE or equivalent by any other Government body.

In bethune college the course curriculum is interesting and the teachers are cooperative and prepare students for both industrial and academic purposes around 92% got palce in the campus selections whichi is a critical task in today competitive situation.
Heritage college might not be that good in infrastructure and campus life but the course curriculum is good enough to train the students industry ready and also the hostel facility is also poor which makes the students hard to live in campus and a minimum of fest were conducted on yearly basis.

To get admission in KJ Somaiya Science and Commerce BSc cousse candidates must follow the admission guidrlines laid down by the college admission body. KJ Somaiya College of Science & Commerce fees for the BSc programme is around INR 34,600. The Tuition fee is calculated on the basis of 1st year. KJ Somaiya fee structure is categorised in four group, i.e., Open, Freeship, Scholarships, and Out of Maharashtra/ External. Just as coin has two sides you cannot simply compare two colleges with only pros or cons.You need to consider both pros and cons of the two colleges . The classifying factors are infrastructure, placements, fees, ranking etc.Both the colleges are the top colleges offering education in Arts and Humanities, Commerce, Science and Education for women.
According to me, you can take admission in any of the two college depending on your suitability.

YES, you can get admission into this institute if you are having minumum marks required for admission in CUET.
JMC ADMISSION process is completely online. Candidates seeking admission are required to apply online on the official website. Admission to UG courses is done based on CUET scores followed by e-counseling. Candidates need to pass their 10th and 12th class with 40 percent marks in total to be eligible for UG courses provided. The program-specific eligibilities vary from course to course.
You need to score atleat 600 marks in CUET for assured admission into this institute.
