Eligibility criteria for seeking admission in M.Tech is B.Tech or MCA or M.Sc CS/IT by appearing in GATE. You are not eligible to seek admission in M.Tech after three years B.Sc CSE degree.

Inter transfer between the two different Universities is a big challenge and normally doesn't happened easily. You need to seek approval (NOC) from Vice Chancellor of parent University (Kolhapur University). Then you have to approach to Karnataka University, where admission is likely to be sought after. The newly approached university may ask you to start a fresh and your request for the continuance for the second year a downward may not materialize. So, you need to take a cautious step before you take a step of switching over from one university to other one.

Yes, you can choose MBA in agriculture after completing graduation in BS Agriculture. But I would recommend you to choose the top B school in India only because it will help you to secure a good job after MBA in agriculture at the top firms.

There is no given age limit in case of higher education. You can start your choseable course from the age of 19 or 20, whenever one graduates from high school to college or one can be 34 or 40 or 50 to start a UG course in any university.

The eligibility criteria of asked course is +2 pass in physics, chemistry & biology (Zoology/Botany) with minimum 50% of marks. Hence, mathematics is not needed for B.Sc in operation theater and anesthesia technology.
