Armed Forces Medical College also known as AFMC Pune was established in the year 1948 under the guidance of the BC Roy Committee. The college offers postgraduate, undergraduate and postgraduate diploma programmes in the fields of Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry and Paramedics. Armed Forces Medical College Admission Process 2022
Admission to all the programmes is on the basis of entrance test followed by an interview conducted by the college. Applicants need to apply for the NEET entrance exam and qualify it with a valid scorecard. After qualifying, candidates are shortlisted on the basis of scorecard. Shortlisted candidates are called for a screening process followed by an interview round. Final selections for the admissions are on the basis of the combined scores of the exam and interview.

AFMC Pune Admissions
Armed Forces Medical College Pune (AFMC Pune) admission 2021 to UG programmes generally begins in the month of April. While for super speciality and PG courses, the admission process starts in July and September, respectively. AFMC Pune offers admission to two undergraduate courses, namely MBBS and BSc (Nursing). As a part of PG programmes, the institute offers various specialisations in MD, MS and PG Diploma, along with MSc in Anatomy and MHA. Other than regular UG and PG programmes, Armed Forces Medical College also offers a number of super speciality programmes.
