After completing class12th science, you can apply for B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management.

The subject combination is physics, chemistry and biology. Instead of biology, you can have botany or zoology.
But please let me know how you have passed 12th without physics, is there any board which has such subject combination without physics?

No, it is not so but you should have biology then. You should have either maths or biology.
