AAFT is a private academy; however, it is approved by the UGC. The academy also has multiple associations with international universities such as New York University, USA, Oxford Business College, United Kingdom and Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia. Established in 1990, the Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT), is a Media and Communication academy located in Delhi/ NCR. It is located in Film City Noida and is known for offering various undergraduate, postgraduate, Diploma and short-term courses in the fields of Cinema, Mass Communication, Animation, Fashion and Photography.

Yes, AAFT Noida campus is safe for girls and boys. The college campus is located in Delhi/NCR. It has a good connection with roads and public transports. CCTV cameras are installed in the campus to keep a check on students safety. 

BA at AAFT is a full-time three-year UG course divided into six semesters. It is designed to provide students with strong theoretical foundations and practical training in chosen field. In three years, students get hands-on exposure industry interactions and opportunities to build a professional portfolio for career growth.

The institute offers 10+ certificate courses in fields such as animation, music, and film. Additionally, these certificate programmes are in areas such as baking, screenwriting, video editing and sound recording, camera and lighting techniques, etc. These courses are three months long. Admission to certificate programmes is subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria and merit demonstrated in the entrance test and personal interview rounds.

Yes, for admission to all of its courses, the college conducts an in-house entrance exam, i.e., the AAFT Global Entrance Exam (AAFT GEE). This exam is a mandatory and common step in the selection process. It is an aptitude test that includes objective-type questions based on general topics related to the applied course. Only the students who pass this exam are called for interview rounds and become eligible for admission.

AAFT Noida placement cell organises in-house training sessions and internship programmes. As a part of the AAFT internship, the students get to learn the following aspects:

The fees at AAFT included one-time tuition and Hostel fees. However as of now one-time fee is not present. The fee varies according to programme and specialisation chosen by students. To be eligible for BSc course admission, aspirants must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam. The Certificate shall be issued by a recognised board (CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB or state board). In addition at time of form filling or admission student must have signed copy of mark sheet and pass Certificate of Class 12. Students appearing for class 12 final exams are also eligible to apply. 

The fee structure of AAFT for UG Diploma course ranges between INR 85,000 and INR 2.1 lakh. Admission to UG Diploma courses depends on fulfillment of eligibility criteria and student performance in selection rounds. Students looking for admission in UG Diploma course at AAFT must submit their application form with required documents. The AAFT Noida application form can be downloaded online or collected from campus. Students must fill application form at the earliest.

After getting selected at the college, candidates need to submit some documents to the college for admission confirmation. Below documents are required at the time of admission at AAFT course admissions:

AAFT Noida offers a BSc programme at the UG level. It is offered in full-time mode and is recognised by the UGC. The total tuition fee of BSc at AAFT Noida ranges between INR 4.3 Lacs and INR 8.1 lakh. 

AAFT Noida offers a BSc course to students at the UG level for 3 years. It is offered in full-time mode for a duration of 3 years. Some of the popular specialisations offered under BSc course at AAFT are Game Design, Animation, VFX, Cinema, and more. 

For AAFT BA eligibility, candidates need to be Class 12 pass from a recognised board. Admission is based on performance in AAFT Global Entrance Exam followed by a personal interview. 

The admission for BHMTT under AAFT usually opens in October, and the admission period remains open till mid–July of the next year. Applications for the academic session of 2024–25 are already closed, and the new session has started in July for this year as well. Students interested in getting admissions for the academic session of 2025–26 should often check on the official website for the admission details.
