B.Sc is the best path if your aim is to make your career in the research or academic field because the course is more focused on pure Biology plus (B.Sc+M.Sc takes 5 years) so in the 6th year, you can join Ph.D. B.Tech is best option if your aim is to get an industrial job because when you go to aqn engineering college most probably the only department with biology involved will be biotech in the entire college and engineering is a mix of different courses, the initial year you will learn (Mech - ECE -Civil, etc.). But later it will be more of equipping your industrial knowledge in the last semesters it will be a mix of Biotech and Che

Hi Pradeep,
Generally, the mandatory subjects for applying to biotechnology/bio-engineering course are Biology, Chemistry, Physics/ Zoology. Every college is different and hence their admission criteria also varies. Please confirm the university name in which you want to enrol or you can also check the eligibility criteria of the course on their official website.

Hi,For any BE course, you need to have Maths, as these courses come under engineering and Maths is a must in here. If a student has all PCMB, then he or she is completely eligible for BE Biotechnology or any engineering course. Unless and until you don't have a good score. Thank you.
