Yes. The greatest university to attend for a course in Electronics and Communication engineering is Bharti Vidyapeeth. The 2009 batch of this degree was completed by my elder brother at Bharati Vidyapeeth in Pune. Yes MIT ADTU Pune - Art Design and technology University does offers B.Tech in aerospace engineering. Furthermore it also offers B.Tech in various disciplines such as civil engineering, electronics and communication, information technology etc.

The total tuition fees for pursuing B.Tech in bioengineering, which is a 4 years course, at MIT ADTU Pune - Art Design & Technology University is INR 8,96,000 i.e INR 2,24,000 annually for 4 years.It is to be noted that the above fees doesn't include other expenses such as hostel fees etc.

No, B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is not offered by Symbiosis Institute of Design. The program is offered by Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune, which is a different institute under Symbiosis International University. Symbiosis Institute of Design primarily offers design-related programs and does not offer engineering programs like B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
