For Physics important topics are Heat and Thermodynamics Optics electrodynamics, modern Physics and mechanics are all important topics in Physics.
For Chemistry important topics are Alkanes, alkynes, polymers, carbonyls, and other organic Chemistry chapters are the most popular as per JEE Main. P-block elements and coordination compounds have become more prominent in inorganic Chemistry. Then came questions about metallurgy, chemical bonding, and so on.
For mathematics regular practice is required. Differential calculus has dominated JEE Main Mathematics question papers in recent years, followed by coordinate geometry. A lot of question

You can get a job solely based on B.Tech, if your scores and Knowledge are good enough. But if you fail to get a job or if you're interested in pursuing higher education after B.Tech, you can go for it absolutely. You can go for Masters degrees like MBA, M.Tech or MS. Choose one of them according to your personal interest. You can opt for higher studies in top colleges of India by scoring high in exams like GATE CAT etc. You can also pursue them abroad by giving different exams like GMAT GRE etc.

The degree you choose doesn't matter if you want to get a government job. I would suggest, irrespective of degree you're anyways going to prepare for government jobs so you can pursue a normal degree to make it simple and easy for you. B.Tech degree needs a little more time and hard work than a normal degree, so it might become hard for you to make time and continue your preparation in a regular basis. Instead you can simply go for a normal degree, prepare for government jobs while managing to get good GPA's. I wish you All the Best :). .

If you're interested in any particular engineering course or if you want to go with engineering jobs then go for B.Tech without any doubt. But if you want to go for public sector jobs or government jobs, they I would say, you just need a degree then why make it 4 years with B.Tech when you can have a normal degree in lesser time (3 years). So, please find your interest and make up your mind, then pursue a degree which suits your interest. Wish you all the good luck and success.

Yes, you can pursue two different courses parallelly. You can do this only if you can concentrate on both courses and able to manage your time between these courses. Go for it if you can balance two courses and your life. May be we should call it "Study-Life Balance" hahaha :). .
