Thapar is at least 30 years older than SRM. In comparison to SRM, Thapar has a lower batch strength. Thapar selects students based on their JEE Main rank, resulting in a superior peer group. Thapar has a stronger placing track record.

70 percent of seats in each branch are reserved for candidates with Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam AEEE 2022 rank. 25 percent of seats are reserved for students with valid Joint Entrance Examination Mains 2022 scores. 3 percent of seats are reserved for students with valid Scholastic Assessment Test SAT scores. GIET University spot admissions 2023 are currently open. It is mandatory for candidates to appear for GIETEE (GIET Entrance Examination), which is conducted for admission to the BTech. However, for GIET University BTech Lateral Entry admission, the university conducts a separate entrance exam. A final merit list is prepared by GIET University basis the entrance exam result.

The last date to apply for BTech courses at MIT-WPU Pune was April 15. MIT-WPU Pune admissions 2023 is based on PG PET and UG PET for various postgraduate and undergraduate programmes.
