No, candidates cannot get direct admission in AKTU for BTech programme. The university offers various UG, PG, and doctoral-level courses. Most of these programmes admit students based on their academic merit or national-level entrance test scores. The university accepts several exams, such as JEE Main, CUET, NATA, IPU CET, etc. Direct admission is provided only on vacant seats at the institution or college level.

Well, a JEE Main score of 94.21 percentile, a general rank of about 87k, and an OBC rank of about 27k, then you have a chance to get into some NITs, IIITs, and reputable state engineering colleges, primarily in less sought-after fields like EEE, metallurgy, or civil.

Note :- During counselling, consider more recent NITs or prestigious private colleges for better branches and placements.

Polytechnic admission forms usually come out between April & June, but the exact time depends on the state. Some boards start in late April, others in May. The safest way is to keep checking the official site of your state's Polytechnic or technical board so you can apply on time for the form.

No, the BTech / BE tuition fee at Adichunchanagiri University varies depending on the specialisation chosen. The fee is paid in instalments and includes multiple components like tuition, admission charges, and examination fees. Students opting for hostel facilities need to budget accordingly for additional charges.
