This question is very subjective and the exact answer can only be given by the admission authority of that college. In general, there is a lot of criteria, which is considered for financial aid, your family economic conditions and capabilities. Your availability or sources of fund, your profile like (Entrance, GPA, Experience, extra-curricular, Awards and Recognition, etc.). If you are low in one area, you must have a strong hold over other areas. Both are different colleges, MAEER'S MITCOE-Pune is a private college and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly Known as Pune University). While MITWPU is a private state university established under Government of Maharashtra act. The course fee for both of colleges is as under.
1. MITWPU B.Tech CSE course fee Rs 11.80 Lacs ( Rs 2.95 Lacs per year).
2. MAEER's MITCOE B.Tech CSE course fee is INR 6.20 Lacs (Rs 1.55 Lacs per year).
