There are many best colleges for Bachelors in Filmmaking, but I would recommend for a distance learning university, the name is Guglielmo Marconi distance learning Italian University. The course they offer is Bachelor Degree in Cinematic Arts, Film and Television. In this course, you get lectures, direct Interaction with the Instructor, etc.

you need to apply online on the Delhi University website. There is no entrance. Your percentage in best four subjects is considered. Once the application deadline is over, all colleges come out with their cut-off percentage for different courses. You can visit the colleges where you meet the cut-off criteria and take admission within three days of declaration of the list. After that second list comes out and admissions are done on the basis of the second list. This procedure continues till all the seats are filled.
