Hi Rudraksh,
The cut-offs for SIBM Bengaluru vary each year depending on the SNAP Test paper and the performance of all the applicants. Also, there is no correlation between the scores and the percentiles. Yes, you can take admission in diploma engineering. But, you have to clear entrance examination and after completion of your 3 year diploma, you can take lateral entry in B.Tech in 2nd year.
