If you want to crack IAS exam then you should choose BA because with BA, you don't need to study hard, you can easily pass out with BA without much effort, but if you will choose B.Sc then you need to study hard and you'll not get time for IAS preparations.

Manipal university, Jaipur is a good university for engineering. But, many others institute are very good in Rajasthan like LNMIIT, Anand ICE, Jaipur according to placement. From my opinion Anand ICE, Jaipur provides world class infrastructure, best higher educated faculties & better placements. It's also provide abroad internship to students during the B.Tech. So, my suggestion is that you should visit one time at Anand ICE, Jaipur.

Hello Pavithra,
The chances are very less for getting admission in PSGIM through TANCET counselling. There are less chances to secure admission through the Management Quota since the admission process has been over already. A few seats might be left which can be confirmed only through the admission office.
All the best.
