Different programs have different prerequisites in foreign universities. You need to check with the college /University where you wish to study and know about all the admission requirements and specific requirements if any. Check if you qualify and apply for the same. However, mere meeting the minimum requirements doesn't guarantee admission, it will just make you eligible to apply. If you have further questions please feel free to ask. Thanks.

Admission shall be made on the basis of the basic criteria and additional criteria, if applicable to any of the individual/constituent college/ department. Basic Criteria for M.A. / M.Sc. Or Equivalent
you may get admission in Punjab University. But for that yiu have to qualify there entrance exam . You can try. Good luck.

You must have no back logs, whatsoever and that is one of the most important eligibility even to think of applying anywhere abroad. Rest, it depends on which university you want to study.

No, you can't apply for admission in any MBA college with having one backlog. No college permits the seat, if you have backlogs.
First of all, clear your backlog before the completion of your BBM, then apply for the admission in various colleges. And to apply for MBA you must have good percent in degree and you should write the exams like CAT, MAT etc.
No age limits are there in MBA. You can select any stream, as you like Marketing, HR, Finance, Telecom etc.
Typical exam pattern of MBA includes;
Quantitative Aptitude
Reading Comprehension
Verbal Ability
Data Interpretation
Reasoning
Data Sufficiency
And, you can do the MBA in many ways like
