VJTI, Mumbai fills its seats via MHCET, not via JEE Mains so you need to attempt MHCET and need to score more than 130 marks to get there.

You cannot pursue any Masters course while you are still pursuing Bachelors. You need to finish your graduation first.

It is difficult to get admission in any good college affiliated to Mumbai University with 70% score. You may wait for 2nd or 3rd cut-off list and see if the luck favours you and cut-off comes down to 70%. .
