You can't apply for LLB as the minimum percentage required in graduation is 40% and below this, you are ineligible for purpose of admission anywhere.

Well, that query can be solved by the university itself. You nay contact them and get an answer for the same. Also, you may get to know by the receipt of form you filled and also it is mentioned on the admit card.

If you have genuine interest in the subject, only then you might apply for it as without a Bachelor's in the same course you are not very good with the fundamentals. Thus, it is advisable only if you have genuine interest.

Look a reputed college will obviously have better facilities and features than a normal college. You can add a point about this in your CV. The placements will be very good. Therefore, if you ever get a chance to go into one, grab it.
