Hi Aditya, most IELTS coaching materials are available online. A number of audio video books are also available. You may or may not take a coaching. It is upto you. Enrolling into coaching will help you communicate face to face in English with your teachers and batch-mates which may not be possible in an online home class. So it is upto you to decide.

German higher education institutes requires applicants to complete 13 years of education, hence Jai you must complete an additional year of education and cannot apply after 12th. Typically students from India complete their first year of a Bachelor's degree program and then apply to German universities.
