You can give CAT if you are in final year. Eligibility criteria to attend CAT is that you must be a final year graduate or graduated student.
There is no specific stream required, any one from any degree can attend it.

Minimum percentage required to get admitted for MBA is 50% in good Institutes. If you are very much fond of it you can do distance education.
