You need to give entrance examination for the college then you will receive a confirmation email after which you will need to give a telephonic interview and submit the demand draft after which your seat will be confirmed in the college. The procedure is as follow:-
1. Buy the admission form worth Rs 500/-.
2. Fill the form.
3. Give the online examination.
4. Wait for results to come.
5. Give the telephonic interview.
6. Submit Demand draft and get yourself enrolled into the college.

Yes, but don't expect a very high pay. Entry-level jobs may include research assistant, office assistant, teaching etc. For long-term growth, a Master's and even a Ph.D may be required.
