I don't think options are available in US , you will find only MS or integrated Ph,D , graduate certificate courses are available in few universities but you need to hold an advanced degree for the same. If you are not interested in Masters there is no reason to prepare for GRE. Instead look for PG Diploma courses in Australia, Canada or New Zealand. You need to decide what you want to study and prepare accordingly. Check University of Michigan - Dearborn, University of St. Thomas, Minnesota and Boston University for Graduate Certificate in Engineering disciplines. Best of Luck.

You can pursue a post-graduation in journalism, in fact, after completing B.Sc (MSCS). However, to answer your question straight forward, you can pursue journalism just after 12th.

Agricultural engineers are employed by Agricultural equipment manufacturing companies, FMCG companies , Agricultural & it's ancillary, R&D, acedmics etc. Starting salary will be above Rs 25000 pm. It has good scope in India.

yes there are many. eg in NIC, system adminstrator in may government organisation even in some Puic Sector Undertaking comapnies and lost in scheduled banks

This is possible through Concurrent admission system. You can do two courses simultaneously , one at regular college and another at Distance / Colloaorative mode. Better do BCA as regular , as it is higly practical oriented course.
