For B.Tech (Hons.) CSE at Lovely Professional University, your 12th standard results (with PCM) are generally enough to apply and get admission. The university mainly checks your eligibility based on 12th marks, so it is not compulsory to write LPUNEST for getting a seat.

However, many students still choose to take LPUNEST because it helps in getting scholarships and sometimes better preference in popular branches like CSE (Hons.). So, it's optional for admission, but useful if you want fee benefits or added advantage.

The GUJCET syllabus is very similar to Class 11 and 12 curricula. However, students must strictly follow the official NCERT-based Class 12 syllabus released by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board.

There is no official weightage allotted to class 11 and 12 topics in the GUJCET syllabus. Candidates should prepare for all subjects and topics equally.

Hi.

AIIMS is primarily a medical college/university (undergraduate, postgraduate, super-speciality, etc.) + a hospital.

Its courses begin after Class 12 — i.e. you must have completed 12th standard (10+2) to be eligible for entry into courses like MBBS, B.Sc., etc.

The official course list of AIIMS includes medical and allied health degrees — not school-level classes (11th / 12th) as per its academic catalogue.

Thus, AIIMS itself does not run 11th and 12th standard as a school.
