This was the same dilemma I personally experienced during my initial stages of joining a MBA program. I am an Electrical Engineer. I personally suggest you to take Finance. This is a highly creative area for a numbers guy like you and me. Once you are in, I am 100% sure you will enjoy the course.
Also I would suggest you Operations as an other option. This is one good course were you can use your engineering knowledge too, but not the concepts. Satisfaction 100% guaranteed.
Coming to H.R., Bijoy you have to-have to work a lot. A lot in the sense a lot. Rather than your conscious part you must also use your unconscious brain.

There is no difference between BA LLB Integrated course and BBA LLB Honours as both are same. The difference is between LLB and BA LLB courses.
BA , BBA and Bcom are the specialisations in LLB Courses according to your interest and is of 5 years duration. LLB is a 3 years course.
An integrated course or Honours course helps you to complete the entire law course in 5 years and saves 1 year instead of doing undergrad course for 3 years first and then LLB course for 3 years.
I hope this answers your query.
