The difference between a part time and distance education programme is the class room experience, I mean the number of contact sessions. Distance education may be pursued at home wherein the service provider will arranges a few contact classes for the participants. In some cases, attendance for contact sessions is not compulsory. In the case of part time programmes, classes will be conducted mainly after regular working hours for the convenience of the participant, just like regular courses. Attendance may be compulsory for participants of the course. Duration of a part time programme can be more than that of a regular course.

Deepak, there is no relation between the degree/ course and the starting salaries. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation
