Hello Priyanshi,
I'm not sure about BCA but I can certainly tell you about Banasthali Vidyapeeth. Fashion designing from Banasthali Jaipur, has a good scope. Though, it's a girls school and college, still the courses carried there are really great. The facilities, teaching staff and everything else is good enough to study in a proper environment. Plus, there is maximum chances of placement as it's a girls college which eventually has some benefits for every girl.

I don't know much about UPTU.
But if you have been called on the first day of counselling, chances are in your favour and you can get CSE as the seats are over by the second counselling day.
Banasthali offers you nice faculty and 100% placements. Bulk, as well as core companies, visit the campus.
The institute has well-equipped and functioning laboratories.
You should compare the above-mentioned factors with the college you will be getting with your rank in UPSC.
All the best.

There's no such such way.
You cannot get a pilot license without doing the training.
All the licenses are issued only after the training records duly signed by the Instructors and examiners are submitted to the DGCA.
For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to v
