Yes, you can do B.Ed. From FGI. Now, it is a boom area after B.Tech.

I don't know about any college in Bareilly but I recommend to fill the form of IPU, Jamia, and Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana. In this, I am also pursuing in B.Tech through lateral entry.
