After completing BBA you can take up PG Diploma in animation. You just need be cretavitive and you have a wide range of courses in the combined fields of Animation, Gaming & Vfx. These industries are booming and job opportunities are growing here by the day. So you could take up a degree, diploma or a short term certificate course in Vfx depending on your time limitation. Weight out your options before making a final decision. Visit a few animation college websites, download their brochures and talk to their counselors and then make up your mind. As per your profile pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be the best option for you.
However as per your query I would suggest you to ork for 2-3 years after completing your BBA and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
This work experience of yours will give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Plus this work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment in MBA, as most companies would surely prefer an experience candidate over a fresher over a job.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.
