After completion of 12th you can directly enroll your for BCA programme. For your reference I am sharing the eligibility condition of BCA programme admission at LPU:
Eligibility Criteria:
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.

NIMCET (National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test) is a national-level entrance exam for admission to Master of Computer Applications MCA courses offered by NITs (National Institutes of Technology) in India. Yes, you can, you need to qualify certain exams if you want a seat in renowned colleges or university. You should have minimum 50% in 12th (any stream) to do BCA. It doesn't matter which stream student you choose.

Eligibility Criteria for BCA Course
1. Candidate must have completed Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent
2. The minimum marks secured in 12th standard should be at least 50%
3. The candidate should have pursued the Science subjects. The Science subjects should include Physics and Chemistry
4. Most institutes insist candidates should have pursued Mathematics during 12th standard.

Yes, you can do BCA without Science or computer Science. Any plus two stream is the qualification for BCA admission.
