You can pursue a BCA degree after completing 12th from the Commerce stream. AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education) has set no such criteria for the BCA course on the basis of the stream. The candidate doesn't need to have a Science background to do this course.

Christ University Pune is not offering BCA course. However the eligibility criteria of BCA of Christ University Bangalore is given below for an idea.
Eligibility criteria: A pass the +2 level ( Karnataka PUC/ISC/CBSE/NIOS/State boards. Candidates writing+2 examination in March-May 2023 may also apply with their Class X&XI mark sheets

Yes u can pursue MS in CS from McGill University after your BCA of three years if u have minimum 3.2 GPA out of 4 in your Bachelor's degree and having good rank and cutoff score in GRE for it. So, give your best :). .
