BCA is the best option in the computer science field after engineering. So, you can choose BCA if you are interested in computer science. There are many good colleges in Uttarakhand providing BCA course, e.g. REC Roorkee, graphic era University Dehradun, AMS Dehradun, etc.

That depends upon various factors you see. The cut-off of the institute changes every year so do the lists. Now, it totally depends upon the college how many lists they wish to display. Other than this, how many admissions happen prior to you also makes the difference. As per my view, you mist get through this but I may be wrong as I don't know the current year cut-off. Now this depends upon various factors as in what is the current year cut-off of the institute. How many students have actually taken admission in the previous list. How many number of list does the college actually wish to display and finally your number. So, it is really very hard to actually predict what are the chances. But as per my experience, I think you have chances of being here in Symbiosis. Lets hope for the best and wait for the call.

Government University has more value than any private university.

You should pursue MCA after BCA.

Why did you joined BCA in the first place?
You can't get admission in MBBS without any entrance exam. The entrance exam for MBBS or any other medical entrance exam is very tough. All the government and non- government medical colleges take admission on the basis of entrance exams only. You have already lost 1 year instead of going for medical and spending a minimum of 5 years more. I would suggest that you go for BCA.
