Considering you get a good college with good placement opportunities after BCA, you will have a decent opportunity but, with low pay, initially (for 1-year at least).
If you want better salaries and stronger growth, MCA is the way to go after this.
For training period, you get as low as 14-16k a month (6 months) which later goes up to 22-25k. So, its up to you.
Remember a few things:
You need to like coding/programming
Decent in mathematics
Prepare for Aptitudes at least a semester before your campus recruitment starts.
