Guide-Level 14

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) is a technical degree course that prepares students for a career in the field of computer applications and software development whereas Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a bachelor's-degree in commerce and business administration.
If you join BCA, then go for MCA course later. In contrast to this, if you join BBA, then go for MBA course and try for job opportunities on the basis of post graduation as the highest level of academic qualification.

Yes, you can do it!
Firstly, there is no matter about Hindi and English. As a commerce student has no option, they are always considered as English student because accounting will be done with English not Hindi how would you make a balance sheet and profit and loss accounts in Hindi.
Secondly, it's up to ur skill in which part you are strong which one is not.
Alway hope for the best. Att the best
