It will be really difficult to complete MCA without a BCA, because your basics aren't in your mind which is essential in MCA for more depth study. So, according to me and my opinion it is not a good idea to pursue MCA after B.Com.

No, you cannot get admission with any backlog in any subject. So you have got a good rank but you need to clear your back log because the college does not accept backlogs.

Both are technically the same. If you are taking the integrated MCA check whether there's an option to leave the course after you finish the Bachelor's part. You might feel that you wish to have a change, then it's important that the college allows that.

Hi,
BCA is a 3 year degree course on computer related programming and languages. You may need to appear for CET examination. B.Tech Mechatronics is a 4 year course - syllabus is a far more comprehensive and professionally valued course than BCA.
B.Tech Graduate has a better scope than BCA in fetching better jobs / better salaries.

I can give you a proper insight of this college. See after completing BCA, don't hope for a very high package. Not so popular have a BCA course. It is always preferred to do MCA after BCA from a good college. BCA + MCA is kind of B.Tech. Now college, this will provide you placement if you work a little hard but the companies which visit are not offering very high package so don't expect much. Selection is 5 to 6 /10.
Faculty are okay. Campus is small. Labs are not that good but for BCA I hope a laptop can do everything. So decide wisely and go for it, and prepare for MCA as well. This will surely help you. Hope it helps.

Hi,
If you are looking for Scholarship for BCA, you need to have minimum 75% marks in class XII (at this only a few percentage will be waived off. For 100% scholarship - either your marks should be 100% in Class XII or you can show proof of EWS. For EWS also scholarship is not 100%, you have to pay some amount.
