No, for VIT you need to have mathematics in your +2 to be eligible for admission into BCA. But there are many other best universities which will get you admission into BCA without any problem.
If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in your BCA course then you can check out this app "BCA - Course Programming" which is specially designed and developed for BCA students and is available on Google Play Store. It has programs and assignments of languages like C, C+ and Java with their outputs. You'll be studying these languages in your 3 years of BCA.

You can pick an OS between Windows or Ubuntu. As majority of Indian colleges operate on Windows, there are few colleges which operates on Ubuntu. I haven't seen any college operating on Mac. So, it is better to stick with the technology used in your college. You might not be able to get admission into Techno India but still there are numerous universities and colleges which will get you admission into BCA. So, don't worry you can still pursue BCA course. No, IMS Noida is nowhere close to GGSIPU for courses like BBA and BCA. If you're eligible for admission into IPU then you should definitely take admission into IP. IMS Noida should be your last option for getting admission. IMS is not that bad but it's better to always go for top level colleges and universities.

No this is not possible without maths.Some universities provide you without maths admission but in 2nd year of BCA maths is compulsory so you're not eligible.

For BCA, top colleges are Christ University, Bangalore
DAV college Chandigarh, BIT Ranchi etc. For admission into these courses, you have to crack their entrance exams and appear for the PI! After your completion of BCA you can for top exams like NIMCET IPU CET DU MCA etc. To get into the top MCA colleges like NITs, DU etc.

Both the courses has own aspects and curriculum. If you want to move into IT world or want to explore in Coding, Development, Testing then You can go for MCA or if you want to move your career towards Management side then MBA is best-fit for you.
