For government jobs, start preparing for entrance exams. There are many SBI PO Civil services, RRB, RBI, SSC CGL etc. Fill entrance application forms and start giving exams. Different exams have different difficulty level and scope. Read about each and apply accordingly.
Or,
You also can do vendor certifications. If you are interested in Java, then give OCPJP exam. If you are interested in SQL then do Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL certification. Likewise, if you are interested in hardware and networking then CCNA. And then do job in IT Sector.

ITI has a lot of value in India. Yes, it can help you get job faster. But, I would like to recommend other courses like Data analytics, digital marketing, IoT and Blockchain, etc. These are trending and will have more demand in future. Explore various options and then select ITI.

BCA is an acronym for Bachelors in Computer Application. It is a 3 years undergraduate degree programme. After pursuing BCA one can work in IT industry or can even pursue MCA. Various computer software and hardware related subjects are taught in BCA. Other Degrees similar to BCA are B.Sc. IT & B.Sc. Computer Science. If you are interested in making a career in IT industry and if you are getting admission in BCA in a good college, then go for it. Though it's value is not same as B.Tech IT/CS or BE IT/CS, but pursuing MCA degree post BCA is almost equivalent to a B.Tech degree. All the best.

Both are different as BCA (Bachelors of Computer Application ) is mainly targeted for programming applications and have no other branches as far I know but B.Sc. (Bachelors of Science) have many branches like B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. CS B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. Bio, B.Sc. Math etc. You can choose B.Sc. IT or B.Sc. CS if you want to do B.Sc. Instead of BCA and want to be in computational field and learn IT/Computer Science. There is difference in both BCA and B.Sc. IT/CS syllabus. If you want to be a purely programmer you can do BCA + MCA or B.Tech CS. Depend upon your interests. If you have interest in computer related things, and want to your
