* Review 4: For B.Tech., this college has good placement records, but for M.Tech., the placements are not as satisfactory. Only a few students have been placed in top companies such as Mercedes and Renault Nissan.
* Review 5: Placements depend heavily on internships and companies often absorb interns as permanent employees. Therefore, securing an internship through the placement cell can lead to better job prospects.

In summary, the placements for M.Tech. in Mechatronics Engineering at VIT Vellore vary depending on factors such as the student's department and the current job market. While some departments have achieved high placement rates, others have faced challenges in finding suitable employment opportunities. It appears that securing an internship through the placement cell can increase one's chances of being absorbed as a permanent employee.

Are you planning to take admission in VIT? We have something for you.
Placements: As, I am a fresher hence I don't know much about the place but I had asked one of my seniors about it and he told me that the highest placement of this year offered is 50 lac per annum which is quite decent according to me as considering the other private colleges it is 2-3 times more than that.
Infrastructure: Library is quite good as it has a collection of so many books almost on each and every topic but the Wi-Fi facility is the worst I have experienced in my life, as you can't even web surf in some hostel room and some areas of the campus. Coming to the food quality it is very cheap and taste awful.
Faculty: Facilities here are well qualified but most of them don't teach properly, they just believe in completing the syllabus required for the exams on time and don't care much about how much you understood or how much you will be learning from it. The curriculum is also very outdated just like any other private college in india.
Other: Honesty speaking, this college was my last option to choose as I couldn't get into any prestigious college. Now coming to the course, I chose it as it interests my atleast by the course name and the field in which it will be used.

Great infrastructure and good teachers .
Placements: The placement is good and enough help is provided. Top recruiters being TCS, Wipro, Infosys. Famous companies like amazon, flipkart and even Microsoft are part of the recruiting companies. Most students are placed and enough internship opportunities are there.
Infrastructure: Huge 365 acre campus with greenery all around and enough cafes and eateries inside the campus. Wi-Fi enabled campus with state of the art library. Great sports infrastructure. The mess food is decent too. Also, medical facility is available in the campus.
Faculty: Highly qualified and helpful teachers are present who focus on application based learning. The curriculum provides suitable facilities for students to research and thrive in different fields, flexible course registration process according to your own comfort.

It is a very good college.
Placements: All students got placed in this course. Almost 4,000 students got placed in our batch. The highest salary package offered was 1.02 crore per annum. The average salary package offered was 9.25 LPA. Top recruiting company is Motorq. Around 300 summer internships are organised in this college. Nearly 3,000 industrial internships are offered.
Infrastructure: A few hostel blocks are excellent. The food quality is average. Wi-Fi facility is slow. Laboratories are better. There is a decent library in this college. Facilities in the hostel, especially in Q and R blocks, are good. Canteen is available. The food served in the mess is average.
Faculty: Teachers are skilled. All faculty members are Ph.D. scholars. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are hard. They follow relative grading systems.
Other: It is a new course for students to learn about decentralised technology, which has tremendous growth nowadays. Fests are conducted such as Riviera, and we enjoy it very much. This college is strict in terms of rules.

Below is a review discussing the infrastructure facilities and various other aspects.
Placements: The majority of students were placed in my field, but in another branch, the placement rate was relatively low. However, due to the high level of competition in the core branch of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), companies tend to prefer this field. The highest package offered was 35 LPA, which is quite impressive.
Infrastructure: The institute boasts a well-equipped gymnasium that is complemented by various amenities, including a cafeteria. In addition to the popular Rock Plaza food options, a new establishment called Zu-Zu Cafe has recently been inaugurated. It has garnered positive feedback from individuals who are thoroughly enjoying their experience there. The cafe offers a wide range of beverages, such as juices, boba tea, as well as delectable treats like waffles, pancakes, and omelettes.
Faculty: Educators provide valuable assistance and support whenever we encounter obstacles, making themselves accessible whenever needed. Achieving success is not overly challenging; however, it requires dedicated effort and diligent study in order to secure a favorable placement. The pass rate is quite satisfactory in this institution.
Other: I selected this course due to my interest in computer science and engineering.
