It is next to impossible to get CSE at this rank in category 2 as chances are there to get it finished before 20k rank in Chennai and Vellore campus. If you are getting CSE in both, it will be better if you go for NIT Surathkal.

It is better to choose NIT Surathkal over VIT because NIT's give you more opportunities and benefits than the private universities.
