Aspirants of the field tend to do their Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA) and then move ahead to do their Masters in the same field.
There are a lot of employment opportunities in India for a person pursuing MCA or BCA. It is advisable to take work experience after doing BCA and then enroll for MCA as scope for a good position broadens if a person has relevant work experience along with the necessary skill sets.
An MCA or BCA graduate can work for any IT company big or small in various roles available.
You can not say bca scope in only maharashtra because many IT company all over in india.

all the streams are best in their profession.you can decide a career only on the basis of your interest.MBA/MCA both having good career options available but i would like to suggest you that choose the institute wisely as you know reputation of institute matters a in for your job .here are some of the private colleges where you can get admission as now days they are among the top colleges of this country.
