Hi Sandesh,
Following are basic differences in pursuing BCA from a private or a government institute:-
1. The tuition fees for a Govt. Institution will be lesser as compared to private.
2. Some Private institutions will have better placements as compared to Govt. institutions but it's not necessarily same for all govt. institutions.
3. There are many Govt. institutions like VJTI which are much better in placement scenario than the private counterparts.

Hi
Not all maths exactly but the first two semesters do hv maths module which is essential to learn the rest of the programme. I would suggest you to search for "bca course structure" of the respective university you wish to apply and make the final decision.

You will able to get a job in software industry at lowest level with salary around Rs 20000 pm after BCA as Indian IT industry prefers BTech over BCA. BCA graduates are generally employed by small IT firms and after experience they are able to move to good MNC / IT companies of India.
