Some universities conduct exam for admission in MCA so actually its university/college specific not from where you belong. For eg: Jain University is one of the top MCA institutes in Bangalore, you need to write Jain University exam for the same.

Admission in Jain University for Bachelor of Computer Application is based on JAIN-ENTRANCE-TEST. Mentioned below is the eligibility for the same:
1.Candidate should have passed (10+2) or Higher Senior Secondary Certificate Examination from the CBSE or from the equivalent examination of any state / ISC recognized to it.
2.He/She should have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
3.All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.
4.Candidates should have completed 17-years of age as on 31st December of the academic year.

Hi Karan Raj,
It depends where abroad you are planning to study. NIT is among the best in India for technical studies. And if you are going abroad you have to see if it's a good college. You can compare and then decide.
