Completing BCA and doing a course in animation has no relation in-between.
While BCA is related to programming logic, maths, calculations etc (Science). The animation is something related to ART. I am not sure why you are thinking of doing a course in animation (better job/career prospects or your interest/inclination).
One thing I will advise is, if you are planning for anything related to arts you should have a strong liking for that art, else you will never succeed or enjoy what you are learning or have learned. MCA from an open university is advisable only if you want to work along with it. If you are not planning to do job along with the open degree, it won't be beneficial for you. I would recommend you to start working along with MCA from distance as 3 years work experience along with distance MCA is more beneficial than a regular one and no work experience.

Private Sector
-Private sector companies provide very high salaries to BCA graduates.
-They are appointed as software developers.
-Initially, they will be given training.
-In the training period itself, they can earn up to Rs. 20,000/- per month.
-The scope of getting a job and higher salary will be more for postgraduates.
Public sector jobs after BCA
-BCA graduate can find jobs in petroleum sector industries like Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), Bharat Petroleum, etc.
