nowadays private also take admission on entrance exams there are various entrance exams.
You can choose according to your preference as different university take different entrance as criteria or eligibility. There are numerous colleges provide Fine arts programs.

Well there are numerous universities and colleges (government and private) that provide BFA course. In almost all government. College take admission on the basis of entrance while the private take you easily. Top colleges provide BFA course are -

The candidates who completed 10+2 in any stream with a minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible for BFA Applied Arts. The candidates who did Art and Craft courses and studied Art and Craft at school level are given preference.

As per the admission requirements of CUET for the BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) programme, you need to choose two domain subjects from the following: Drawing and Painting, Graphic Design, Printmaking, and Sculpture.
These two domain subjects will carry a total of 200 marks in the admission test. In addition to the domain subjects, you also need to fill in the common subjects section of the application form.
The common subjects include English Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and these will carry a total of 200 marks in the admission test.
